If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Final sale items
Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within a few business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
